African Pioneer plc (“AFP”), the exploration and resource development company with projects in Namibia, Zambia and Botswana announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Friday 19 June 2026 at 12.00 p.m. at the offices of Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NG.

A Notice of AGM encompassing a letter from Colin Bird the Company’s Executive Chairman (the “Chairman’s Letter”), will be posted today to shareholders and be available to download from the Company’s website at  https://africanpioneerplc.com/ In addition, a copy of the Notice of AGM will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available for viewing at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
