Central African Copperbelt Projects - Zambia
- Main focus on LEL’s 27771 (Luamata South) & 27770 where recent airborne magnetic & radiometric surveys were flown and reconnaissance soil sampling carried out
- Luamata South – historic drilling of 2 DDH’s on small copper showing –intersected 1m @ 0.7% Cu from 216m depth in a pyritic carbonaceous shale (hole ML 88); no further follow-up
- 8 targets selected on Luamata South based primarily on Cu soil geochemistry but minimal ground work completed
- No follow-up on LEL 27770 Cu soil targets
- Infill soil sampling, trenching, geological mapping and ground geophysics proposed to define drill targets
