A Notice of AGM encompassing a letter from Colin Bird the Company’s Executive Chairman (the “Chairman’s Letter”), was posted yesterday to shareholders and is available to download from the Company’s website at  https://africanpioneerplc.com/ In addition, a copy of the Notice of AGM will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available for viewing at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
