African Pioneer plc (“APP” or the “Company”), the exploration and resource development company with projects located in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia, announces its 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at at Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5PS on Friday 25 July 2025 at 2.00 p.m.

A Notice of AGM encompassing a letter from Colin Bird the Company’s Executive Chairman (the “Chairman’s Letter”), will be posted today to shareholders and be available to download from the Company’s website at  https://africanpioneerplc.com/ In addition, a copy of the Notice of AGM will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available for viewing at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
