Update on Exercise of Warrants

African Pioneer Plc (“AFP”), the exploration and resource development company with projects in Namibia, Zambia and Botswana, announces that further to the announcement of 11 August 2026, listing on the FCA’s Official List (Equity Shares (transition)) and admission to trading on the main market the London Stock Exchange of the 2,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants, (the Warrant Exercise Shares), will now take effect on or around 24 August 2026.
